The kitchen is the green heart of Bodhish. Food plays an important role in our self-discovery and wellbeing. We wish to offer food and drinks which are nutritious and delicious, easy to digest, colorful and sustainable. Pure food and drinks often have a grounding effect, and a way of connecting us to nature and its cycles. Just like the plants and the animals, we shift with the seasons, and crave different food and nutrition during sprin, summer, autumn and winter. That is why we let our menu follow the seasons, too. We try our best to pick ingredients in season, which have a good vibe, are packed with nutrition – and if possible, are locally cultured. All this usually means that the ingredients are organic. Good for the body, good for the animals, good for the earth.
A key to get to know anyone is taking the time to listen. The same goes for getting to know yourself. The body is constantly communicating with us. Just the act of taking a minute to listen and then giving the body what it needs, will make wonders. Creating mind-based rules for what you cannot eat will only create tension. Instead, we believe in taking steps to get to know your body and your inner voice better andallowing your body to tell you what it needs.
